Las Americas' powerful Brazilian documentary Favela Rising will continue to reach new audiences after landing in LinkTV's DOC-DEBUT slot for January and Febuary! The film is first set to air on Sunday, January 23 at 8 pm Eastern Time, and will continue to air throughout January and Febuary. The ninth annual ARGENTINA NEW CINEMA returns with another impressive lineup.

Tin Dardinal's "De Nadie" will be presented as part of the Rafto Symposium on Friday, November 5 in Bergen, Norway. The symposium examines "The exploitation of migrants in Mexico's war on drugs" and honors 2010 Rafto Prize laureate Fr. José Raúl Vera López. 

The Tijuana Project will continue its festival run at the Ybor Festival of the Moving Image in 2011. See you in Tampa!
